We are now proud to share authentic Mexican cuisine from Mexico City where the most refined of flavors are collected from all over the country.
Our roots began here in 1999 when the journey through the Appalachian Mountains led us to create relationships
and great working friends in Highlands, North Carolina, through partnerships with local seasonal farms we have been able to create dishes boasting the freshest ingredients including jalapenos, chocolate, local honey, dry peppers and many distinct ingredients that make our dishes stand apart.
We believe in the sharing of history and culture and through the symbiotic relationship we forged with the beautiful Highlands plateau
